“Tracey carried out an activity in which she invited girls to talk about the pressures and temptations on them to become members of gangs. This activity elicited some very important feedback from the girls in the group where they felt able to discuss openly the issue of gang membership and more importantly what actions they could take in order to avoid these pressures and seek help”
